Well there was that stray 16 second click on the inner buoy (nevermind that it was at a pitiful one point zero feet, and there hasn't been anything even remotely resembling it since, as of this writing), so let the whooohoo's and DP's begin!
Concerning the human race, H.L. Mencken was right. Understated, in fact.
Back here on the mainland, off of Fantasy Island,we're seeing, as expected, thigh to waist high brown-water local fetch rubbish.
